CentOS4.4 커널패닉

고수님들의 조언을 받고자 글 올립니다.
현재 CentOS4.4를 사용중인데요. 시스템이 이틀에 한번 꼴로 멈춥니다.
하드웨어적인 문제 같은데 아래 로그로 원인에 관한 조언을 주시면 감하겠습니다.
시스템 스팩은 삼성SS112 제온2.8*2, 램1G, 72G*1, 36*1 사용중입니다.
오류는 Kernel panic-not syncing:Fatal exception
혹은 Fatal exception:panic in 5 seconds
이런류에 오류가 발생합니다.
도움 주시면 정말 고맙겠습니다.
