idle time 설치시 에러

idle time 설치시 다음과 같은 에러가 나네요.

Makefile안에 " -DHAVE_YYRESTART" 부분을 삭제한후 scan.c 에러는 없는데

다른 에러가 발생했습니다. 위문제에 관해 언급된 문서를 찾을 수가 없네요.
