php와 오라클연동시 pecl install oci8 명령 에러에 대해서 입니다.

안녕하세요.
비가 오니깐 센치해지는 하루네요.^^
다름이 아니라 php와 오라클을 연동하려고 하는데(라이브러리만설치)
외국사이트든 국내블로그든 보면 다 동일하게 나오는것이 pecl install oci8명령문 실행인데
실행을 하면
