cgi 실행하면 에러가 떠요..어떤 문제인지요..

이번에 서버를 suse linux로 업하였는데 다른건 다 되엇는데요..
cgi 파일만 실행하면

이화면이 나오네요..
error.log 파일보면 아래같이 메세지가 계속 나옵니다.

https.conf 파일에서 ExecCGI 옵션은 전버전의 잘되던 설정 똑같이 해줬고요..
뭐가 문제인지요...
내일 당장 돌아가야 하는데 죽겠네요.. ;;
